When renting a property, the law states that the minimum term is 6 months under the shorthold tenancy agreement act. However we have a selection of properties available for short term let. These may be suitable for a number of clients:

• Corporate clients, instead of paying out large amounts in hotel bills then a luxury serviced accommodation would be ideal and also more comfortable for the clients.
• People wanting a short term let for temporary accommodation.

These properties are available fully serviced if required (for an extra monthly charge). This service fee will include the following:

• Clients being picked up from the Airport/station and taken to the property.
• Client's needs catered for i.e. information service on area, shopping, restaurants ect.
• Property fully maintained to excellent standard and cleaned every week.
• Full gardening service.

These properties range from one bedroomed flats on the quayside to 4 bedroomed houses in rural areas or areas with easy commute to town centre.
